Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is plant-derived. Sanely contains no animal-derived ingredients.

How to Use
Take one capsule per day, preferably with a main meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. See the How to Take page for more guidance on timing and routine tips.
Simply continue your routine the following day. Do not take two capsules to make up for a missed dose. Consistency over time matters more than any individual day.
Each pack contains 90 capsules. At one capsule per day, this provides a 90-day supply - just over three months.

Submit your name and phone number in the order form. A member of our team will call to confirm your order and answer any questions. We dispatch within 1-2 business days. Payment is made in cash or by card to the courier when your parcel arrives - no prepayment required.

Yes. You can cancel at any point before dispatch - simply let our team know during the confirmation call, or contact us immediately afterwards. Once dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Unopened product may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Because Sanely is an ingestible food supplement, opened packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This is permitted under applicable New Zealand consumer law. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
