These Terms of Use govern your use of biosieve.world and the purchase of Sanely from Hāpori Wellness Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429050142873), 14 Quay Street, Auckland CBD 1010.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes any intellectual property rights, or transmits harmful or offensive content. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site at our discretion.

2. Ordering and Sale

Placing an order: An order is placed by submitting your name and phone number via the order form on this Site. Submission of the form does not constitute a binding contract.

Telephone confirmation: A member of our team will call you to confirm the order details, including the delivery address and product. The contract of sale is formed at the point of telephone confirmation.

Price and currency: The price of Sanely is USD $69.99 per pack of 90 capsules. The price shown on the Site includes the product only. Delivery costs, if any, will be confirmed during the telephone call.

Payment: Payment is made in cash or by card to the courier at the point of delivery. No online payment is required. We do not store card details.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by informing our team during the confirmation call or by contacting us as soon as possible afterwards.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Sanely is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. You should not rely on any information on this Site as a substitute for professional medical advice.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the purchase of Sanely shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Our returns policy is set out in the Refund Policy. In summary: you may return unopened product within 14 days of receipt. Opened food supplement packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

We aim to resolve any disputes directly and amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@biosieve.world. If we are unable to resolve the matter, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or seek other remedies available under NZ law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
